  • I am alive!

Sorry I have not been updating (kinda dead since nobody really reads this crap.)

What's new with me? First off, I gave up on wushu. Sadly, it's time for me to hang up my silks and just practice informally. Financially, I cannot afford it so I have a new alternative! I have been going to the gym a lot (can't beat $19 bucks a month!) and bulking up. It's been showing slowly, but I love the results. I am thinking of entering an amature body building contest in December of '09. If I can get big enough, then I shall see. Major difference in my body compared to my high school years. Not a twig anymore. I actually can fit into my clothing without it looking like pajamas. Sad I know, but that's life. Secondly, I've been training a lot with http://www.thestuntpeople.com they are my new family and they treat me well. I love hanging out with all of them. A lot of people feel intimidated when they see Eric's picture/movies, but in reality, he's just a normal person. What else, will start getting into Hapkido at http://www.thehapkidoinstitute.com/ to get into sparring. Not too exciting, but meh what you going to do.

  • MOAR MUSCLE!!!!

Hello all!  Long time no update!  Well nothing new to my life.  Still no wushu because of my leg.  Re-bruised it last couple days ago doing a fight set @ gymnastics.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46e4h2U_sg8

Been hitting the gym a lot.  Taking 2 different supplements.  100% Whey and Mass XXX.  Going to try some shock therapy with nitric oxide.  Warren gave me a "scoop" of it before our workout and I gained!  Gave me lots of stamina let alone more reps per set!

Dumb-bell declined : Warming up with 45lbs declined.  I maxed out @ 65lb (that was stupid yet fun...long story).
Benching : Warming up with 1 full plates (135lb that's also my weight!).  Add another dime (155lbs)
Single arm triceps : Warm up with 40lbs then work my way up to 60lbs.
Single arm biceps : Warm up with 45lbs then work my way up to 65lbs.
Double arm triceps (with rope) : Warm up with 100lbs then work my way up to 140lbs.
Double arm biceps : Warm up with 100lbs then work my way up to 135lbs.

Will update more..but that's my gym workout every time :D

  • 100% Whey!

    Good morning my faithful readers!

It's been nearly a week since I have been taking 100% whey and Mass XXX.  It really gives me a boost of energy before I head to work.  Makes me feel nice and full!  Still trying to hit the gym @ least 3~4 times a week.  I believe I have been doing it.  Working out has become my new nich.  I kind of gave up on wushu since I cannot utilize my right leg.  So, I've been developing a habit of going to my local gym.  Only thing I do not like is they do not have a free bench.  Only a supporting bench.  Will try to bench 200lb or more today.  Do @ least 1 rep.  Haha!  I probably will die!  I can sustain a good 10 reps with  155lbs.  Maybe I may chug out 2 reps with 200lbs.  We shall see.

Gymnastics is getting really fun.  I can almost fully go on my right leg.  It's still red, but hopefully by the end of this month, I should be fully healed. Here is a little taste :D http://vimeo.com/3044883
